Cheers mate! When I had my Black Non-Sport I used to dream of having a Sport and get similar comments!
Sounds great mate. I got my RB around similar time last year. If your planning on getting coilovers I'd suggest getting a non cup packed one however. Give you much more options. Still undecided...
Got an RS Tuner and remapped it with the performance map the other day.
When I initially plugged it in it threw up a couple of codes, just wondering if anyone could shed some light on them?
I know the bottom one isn't a fault but what does it mean.
Also I have Buckets and Decat, so my EML and...
Would anyone be able to do a HPI check on it for us too?
Edit: Don't worry, just done one. It all came out clear.
We got a quote for cambelt and Aux belt from Two Tech's Dartford for ~ £275
Any help with what offer we should go in for would be appreciated!
Yea mine is completely fine now. Although to be fair they're never ever perfect on Clio's apparently lol.
Although Yozza doesn't stick out very far, and Fred did mention something about the wrong batch being shorter, so I've asked another member to measure his, find out if indeed mine is any...
Halfords definitely do them. Although you'll have to buy them in a set:

As said. Pop your radio out and swap the red and yellow wires round. Should be connectors to do this already on your harness.
Off topic, Nik your avatar pic is awesome!
Dodgy connection most likely.
Common problem being a dodge connector, more common causes the lights to flicker.
Unplug the connector, clean the pins with WD40/tooth brush, check the earth connector (inside boot just below hole wires pass through)
Failing that check fuses.
Two Tech's Dartford are highly recommended iirc.

Ren7oaks were quite expensive for cambelt changes. Did my non sport though there.
Have you got a mate who's got a working sub in their car, that you could try your sub/amp in, so as to eliminate it being a problem with your sub/amp?
Or vice versa, a mate who's got a working sub you can try in your car.
Is changing the belts on Non sports as pricey/complex as it is on sports?
Do all the same precautions still apply eg dephaser, pulleys, waterpump etc?
Should most 2005 cars have had cambelt done by now? (1.2 16v I'm talking about mainly)
Amazing how nice, clean, mint standard 172 alloys are.
When you see dirty, fucked ones, you think they're awful, then you see cars like yours, and they look really good!
I think you've done well with the photo's too! Better than I could lol.
Lucky guy!
Yea just get under it and have a look. You'll instantly see if the lip hasn't been ground down. See the pictures above.
Oha and these:
Before, two flanges sitting flush. Wrong :
After, flanges sitting apart with gasket showing. Right.:
Direct from Renault. Was ~ £27 iirc. Only get a genuine one. All the others are rubbish.
Part no: Cat to manifold gasket kit - 6000073668
If you haven't kept your cat what you going to do MOT time?!
Fixing it is easy. Just need an angle grinder and metal grinding disk. Put decat in...
Have to flip up the cover. Remove small nut. Then remove arm from spline. But will most likely be stuck on solid. There is a trick to get it off using two spanners.
Failing that grind it off. Then remove large nut sitting behind that.
From inside car, one Torx screw on boot interior plastic...
