You most likly have the 259mm vented ones Ive never seen one which doens't have them of that age. Same disks as the Renault williams/ 1.8 16V use. Halfords are £30 a side for them. You should replace the pads at the same time as well there £17 FDB845 again from halfords.

£200 to £25 depends where you go and if you do the waterpump as well (£50 or so extra) The belts kits with new tensioners which should be replaced is £70 or so anyway. Plus its a few hours work so depend on the labour rate and if they have the right tools.

The cable is £65 or so its not cheap. The cable is router down the side of the car and under the top of the dasboard to the back of the stereo officaily but you cna run it round the side of the center consol if you want. It will fit fine though.
