But your always stuck with them draining power from the engine. You could oversppeed it though or it heat the air up to much.

I'd have no problem going to any of the companies you listed. personaly I'd sort the suspension and brakes and spend the money on driver training first off though.
You cannot warp disk.
what happen is ou've stopped dead on hot brakes and left yourr foot on the pedal the pads have stuck to the disk and left deposit so the disk is uneven as such.
Sound like just needs copper slipping up a bit.
It is 105Nm. Doens't matter to much as there a +-10% tolerance in it.
As for the top I just do them tight as its not a huge isue.
Wheel nuts officialy depend on car but yep very important to do up tight. (not to tight though)

Throttle cable realy needs chnaging but try lubbing it up a bit.
The real isue is the fact with age the spring looses its streght and the cable gets stiff.
New cables arn't much not a huge job to chnage.

don't use x-60 oil as its to thick for the pump its not used at all form memory x-50 is the highest used in the 172/182 engine and thats in very hot...
They cannot do it and be sure best off getting a reg plate form a car which you want the wheel from they can work off that assuming its the original number plate.
