    It can be made road legal though. Why not VAg 1.8 T it then use the 6 speedo box of then? But your always stuck with them draining power from the engine. You could oversppeed it though or it heat the air up to much. Is the block being built for N/A or turbo power then as i remember you...

    5-40 is better in the cold wetaher but realy it only matters in extrem temsp as 10-40 is fien down to -20 degrees.

    In the case of IK kets etc it can simplify the install so worthwhile when doing the conversion Most likly its going to be a proper conversion like most ie will use the 172 brakes and suspension anyway.

    Yep its enough officaly you need 5.1 liters but the dipstick alone shows 1 liter top to bottom and the engine rarly is fully drained anyway.

    I'd imgaibe its the tensioner or something esle which has damaged it if a dealerships changed it. Expect a big bill as dan said they take the cambelts out with them 99% of the time.

    Not difficult to change its only a cheap part. Only two bolts hold it on. 10 minutes or so to change.

    Its dead easy no need for a guide. There 4 bolts under the car two near where the center consol bit goes up and tow under some plastic plugs on the near side. 10mm from memory size wise.

    Thats a good topic to start a war on here. I'd have no problem going to any of the companies you listed. personaly I'd sort the suspension and brakes and spend the money on driver training first off though.

    Brakes squeeking when driving

    You cannot warp disk. what happen is ou've stopped dead on hot brakes and left yourr foot on the pedal the pads have stuck to the disk and left deposit so the disk is uneven as such. Sound like just needs copper slipping up a bit.

    It is 105Nm. Doens't matter to much as there a +-10% tolerance in it. As for the top I just do them tight as its not a huge isue. Wheel nuts officialy depend on car but yep very important to do up tight. (not to tight though) Have a look here...

    Throttle cable realy needs chnaging but try lubbing it up a bit. The real isue is the fact with age the spring looses its streght and the cable gets stiff. New cables arn't much not a huge job to chnage.

    They cannot do it and be sure best off getting a reg plate form a car which you want the wheel from they can work off that assuming its the original number plate.
