22k in one years nothing I've done near that this year I think and ever since I had the car.
Theres loads of 172/182 putting that milage on in less time than 7 months even tracked cars without issues.
The specialsts need to get there act together they don't sound much like specialists.
If were on about the proper Renault keys well there a load of them hence why you need to know what type you have there 30 odd different codes.
Halfords etc sell wheel nut removal tools you hammer them on and take the bolt off like that or you can always hammer a socket set ontop of them
You need a line from the battery as such and the other one which runs the power to the starter as such. You realy need to check the wiring on your car get a miltimeter etc or borrow one there cheap.
Just make sure you tap a line off not just cut the line though else the car won't start
Toms right the box is rubish realy its not terriba;le but hney they could have done a lot better.
You have a DCi 80 though don't you? They have the JC5 which is better as usied on the 172/182's etc not the Lagauns etc.
Setup fades way to quick on hard driving even on road plus its feedbacks not great for what it should be.
Any tracked M3 will have anew seriously uprated brakes. it the one essentail mod.
You can fit the suspension over yes depends what car ou have any want suspension wise as to the other bits you need 172 normal to CUp is easy just need the shocks and springs.
Personally the phaser 1 172 is the best RS of the Mk2 but the Williams is the best RS they have done IMO. It does...
195/50 is the popular cheap size use them there little difference in overall size
The car will be doing 3.5% more speed than you used to think you were doing so if your spedo was correct (unusual since cannot think of any Clio which uses that size tyres so your wrong anyway) 60mph before...
Shock life is reduced on lowering springs the lower the spints the lower the life although driving ways etc and there so many other variables have a huge effect.
Personaly get matching springs and dampers always springs are desinged to work with shock mix and match doens't work.
Err the whole insuracne and legal stadning a bit of a nigmare if you change petrol to diesel you need the garage who supplys it to give a recipt and then dDVLA mess about with your V5 registering it as such. Insurance is easy just tell what what you have its a specilast area though most places...
121 at the wheels is about 145 fly no way its making that much at all 130 at best with a strong box.
At the wheels means nothing realy I've seen my throw 10% higher than it realy can on a RR at the wheels.
Yep thats the ECU its ot a silly metal bracket if its rattling just try remove it and hold it in place better it rattles about and can damage the looms.
The rest of the Clios use that place. Nope this one behind the 1.2 engine block as such its a wierd design its due to the tyre of ECU it is...
The controler for the stearing wheels is easy to change, remove the top panel from ontop of the stearing wheel and unbolt the lower one as such.
You just need to cut the white wire I think best try all the lines though see which one works on the ignition switching on to start.
