You cna have a key cut which will open the doros and tun the ignition barrel etc but you have to make sure you deactive the alarm etc otherwise it will set it off and it won't start the car.
Different cars etc though. Air bags arn't there to injour you (after all why do you think they fit them there expensive etc) there a safety reature not having them IMO stupid unless you have some realy good alternative and not just harness.
Yep very cheap and easy to do its a good idea if you surf or do anything where you need to lock the car just cannot carry the proper key which might be damaged.
Only a few quid any lock cutting palce can do it.
To do a proper job an realy get a better setup spend a lod ornot at all Fk's are the bootom of what you should IMo be looking at £420 or so for them as coilovers Next step is H and R's at £750.
Stocks very good though realy.
There no uprated cheap dampers though IMO out there and I've seen...
What I thinks even worst is the fact that this issue is mentioned nearly every day an noone botheres searching.
The answer been posted time and time and time and time again

You can under serious hard track work. on a suitbale track. But you have to be realy standing on them and have some good tyres (not just normal stuff). A nromal model with ABS will get them hot with hard absue (there used a lot more on a ABS equit car the Cup barly uses them).
But yes they...
If you want a real weekend toy what about a caterham etc? real workd bare driving.
Problems wheel bearings can be expensiev the rears are part of the disk so have to be chnaged with the disks realy.
Check the clutch etc they do like leaking oil form cam seals and sumps.
Check the engine...
Climate is fited to both models and yes it can be trouble its quite good realy on adverage though.
The phase 2 came in what is called Cup spec ie a low spec without air con (although climate was an option) it was a 52 onlwards car you could choice but it did looses loads of bits like ABS...
Yep 172 will be abit quicker not huge though from what I would call huge. It weight less the Clio so thats the advanatage.
Best drive the cars see if you like them for that money I'd get the phase 1 172 though also I personaly prefere the driving of the car and the handling plus there cheaper.
Service comes on to warn of a problem the other light that comes on isthe problem.
The tranction control could mean any number of things first thing to check s the ABS sensors are all ok.
Fast depends what your used to and compairing it to best drive one yourself.
There loads of other choice VTS saxo is one or a Civic type R or a Seat Leon Cupra etc.
72k/ 5years is the recomended serive for the btls but IMO anything over 4 years and 60k I'd get it done its expensive and can and does fail. Chaning the belts not cheap though its 5.1 hours labour and the parts are £130
best chck for acidnet damage all the bits wor the brakes are ok (can be a...
If you have a multimter yes
220ohms the sensor should read but if it is broken then since you cannot get one for a bit its not that usful for tomorrow.
Its the sensor ontop of the gearbox next to the engine do a search for a picture.
As said check the battery. Is the engine getting fuel? Is the imobilier warning light going off has the car got enough fuel (amazing how often people don't have fuel in them).
195hp I think they are for the model your most likly going on about.
As speeds climeb hp is the rulling force you might have the advantage at low speeds as its all about power to weight realy but as speeds climbe the drag is the big issue and he wins plus the vactras probably less draggy anyway.
What Clio is it what age milage etc.
does it sound like a grating sound a rubbing it it only at high speed etc, does it fell unsale wobbly etc.
A pivot joint sounds like the desciption for the bottom ball joint or the top mount thingie there not much to change or replace at all and they...
You could have doen a search this has been covered before.
Yes you need either a nw computer or the one ones crack fault codes cleaing.
And yes airbags won't go off until you have the fault cleared.
Oww just cos I'm a fair way towards a pension.
Yep its a legal requiremtn the Renault clip computer can switch it on and off very easily. Its a funny trick there another few members on here have had it switched on and complained that at speed the warning comes on and you can tell they've been...
