There two places it can be the early cars had it seperate just infront of the tank on the outside of the car.
The later car (most of them) had it built into the pump and its quite expensive to change.
Its good for 150k though.
We have been using turbo petrols though as comparison though for ages of theis discussion.
Diesel naturally makes more power at low rpm its not the common rail or turbo or anything "new" which does that.
Petrol can yes 200hp N/A 2.0 petrols can be done ie Honda but so can diesels its just...
Well you need to check it realy is that it should be obviusly when you see it.
No idea on list price probaly a but but breakers yards etc have them. Adamhog I belive has one for sale.
And theres a lad on here rashed with lowering springs on his car and insurance refused to pay out. Its happend loads of times before owners crash taken away by ambulance etc and the cars are unbale to be gt to at have mods removed etc and then insurance refuse to pay out on the car or your...
They made a sport version but its just a trim level like dynamique etc.
Sorry not inot my IK etc any sort of stuff like that has such minimal gain anway it pointless there much more you can do driver and car wise for gains than that.
I think we've aswered your question in enough detail realy the answer is spent the money and do it right or don't
Anything else is illegal/won't work/dangerous/lethal. Whats do you think will hapen when you cut the springs and then someoen dies driving the car and insurance then turn round...
You won't get any real hp gains maybe 1 or 2 but thats it.
the 16V head makes the extra power on the car vs the 8V

The car was just called sport to sell it realy it not the same as the...
Well they could be lower but I understand why Renault had to do it but mainly because they are completly wrong for me I'm to tall I don't get any advantage from them.
Yes you can so check before you post.
"Turbo for gays" I'm sure a few owners might disagree plus race and rally drivers etc.
Last time I checked WRC owners used turbos and the Groub B drivers used them so how gay are they again?
Any VAT registered garage so long as they use the Renault bits can service ita and stamp the book. Only risk is Renault outside of the proper warently are happier to pay out a % of the claim if the cars been enault serviced. None Renult service and they don't like to offer as much.
Warently...
Im bored though.
Anyway why is petrol for power better? Last time I checked diesel had more power per lb in theory.
If both are exactly the same ie mapped so there the same eer well neither will win.
Check the bulbs in the rear light clusters and wiring plus check the earth wiring it on the passenger side near the rear strut top behind the interier as such.
Aftermarket recaros (the same as fitted to the trophy) are a bit lower again than the Renault ones sicne if Renault had used the normal runnes they would have had to re crash test the car as the seats would have been to low to pass as the same car under the NCAP rules.
Very easy to tune the TDi'd though could have been running a fair bit more power than stock.
Err think about it you have 169hp and way less wight than the A3 of course you'll be quicker its nothing to do with revs. he kept with you as he had the same power as you tried to climb the rev range...
