    Yep gear linkage problem or check the gear oil that you have enough.

    how do i change my discs/pads

    Get the thingie which holds the caliper to the hub off (the one which hold the disk from comming off) then there might be 2 thorx bolts holding the disk on either try get them out or drill them out there always a pain.

    Only the Cup realy does in on the F4R the rst of the F4R use tensioners.

    100k realy minimum. However badly driven or slipping all the time 40k.

    It means the car has different cams in it plus it has individial throttle bodies instead of the normal plebham and single throttle body.
