Try changing the oil and double de clutching it doen't like being pushed inot gears the syncros don't like it.

Thats nothing that about half liter in 5k .Renautl say 1 liter per 600 miles is the limit for them to fix it but realy anything over say 1 liter per 5k is nothing realy.
Your milage isn't huge though there are cars do loads more.

Mk1 phase 2
The Mk2 is the bigger car shell its from 2000 realy onwards you cna tell the difference its more rounded and just bigger.
The phases on the Mk1's just were changes in lights, badges, wing mirrors, etc nothing huge realy.
Yep the sensor not that good the new one is very good though.
The sensor is £25 the new bit of wiring loom is £25 then there a bit of fitment cost so £80 all in ins't a bad price to pay by any means at a dealership.

Its easy to change them if you have the right runners etc only 4 bolts hold the seat in and a few wires for airbags etc.

The seals are rubish on the the cam cover and its a long job to do its 7 hour work officialy.
You can have a check see if there tight it has worked a little mre pressure on the nuts however the heads ali so its easy to mess it up and go make a big mess of it.
You need a minimum of a 15 to cover the front brakes not difficult to get hold of one though.
However you can always get a 14 and if you do puncture the front tyre stick a back tyre on the front and the spare on the back as the brakes are smaller at the rear (its what CTR drivers have to do).
Yes sort of (there a few stogner bits on the phase 2 ) the roofs are swopable as such same with side panels.

There no reason to stock the lines though you make them to fit would be stupid trying to keep shapend up lines in stock as such they'd get bent all the time in stotage and moving them etc.
Nope that what we expected to hear change the cable and idealy add a spring into the system to give a bit more strenght to lift the throttle pedal back so so idlining can happen correctly.
