the rs192 system was commissioned by YBracing/strutbracer (mark and his brother) about 2006/7 they asked scorpion to make a system and used one of their cars as a demo and had numerous developments systems on, i have a btb and took it upto them so they could have a listen a few years ago and a...
as promised turned up this morning 9am and the build week on the tyre wall is week 45 in 2010 so not been sat around long either, nice fresh rubber.
just a shame i dont actully need them for a few months
i would get a diag tool plugged in and see what codes are logged, maybe a lazy lambda sensor.
you can top up with type D coolant no problems, min - max on the expansion tank is just less than half a litre iirc
the bumps and handling issues could be a worn suspension part such as bushes also...
holla

john
i have ran 15s and 16s as well and loved it on the 15s felt it was the extra play in the tyre side walls just took the harsh edge and twitch out of the fairly hard oe suspension and reinforced pe2's
i remember them being a lot more at dealers at the time i bought mine i would have prob gone oe for peace of mind they are a well made bit of kit the std leads
no idea mate i maybe at fault for going off old prices and not maybe their new adjusted stock, i hear they have reduced the prices of some bits.
cant always have been that cheaper at dealers though
i got some from gsf last week, oe renault with bearings and abs rings just less than £100
not sure if all gsf have oe renault ones in stock at all places though
my 182 was 175.9bhp and about 156lbt
jms - if the timing is right could the knock sonsor be worth looking at? sometimes they can start to pick up interference or a rattle and read it as detination, when they start to go a bit they dont throw up any fault code and the graphs look right but...
can i get in on this? just managed to get the weekend off work am happy to roll up in the afternoon and run at the end so as not to queue jump?
i was in the first list (post 10) but when the date for the 4th was set I had to pull out (post 70 something) but plans have changed.
they discounted them to trade without me even asking so didnt bother with any further cheeky discount request
box is quite cool actually it has a carry handle and makes taking them to/from the car really easy, good old reanult.
DrRollo i did consider nwp but these were a few quid cheaper and...
Just a for info thread really for those who use the search function
just picked up some oe renault rear discs for the 182 which include the bearing and abs ring all fitted, part number is 603RE0110
I got them for just less than £100 in a renault sealed box as well.

looks nice and different, my two pence would be to remove the mud flaps, repaint the rear boot badge surround white and paint the front renault diamond black, front splitter.
you sound like you have had an interesting car history mate, enjoy the clio, honest fun.
at the minute costco doing 20% off 4 wheels which iirc from asking the other day makes 4 come in fully fitted at £380 in 205/45/16 sizes
really tempted but still got a bit to go on my p zero nero which seem to be lasting ages
is the droning constant when driving mate? could be one of the pads sticking but i cant help but think maybe a wheel bearing
jack it up and see if the wheels spin freely if they catch then clearly brake issue but if they spin then maybe look elsewhere at the bearing
