Got a code reader off ebay for a few quid more than £15, handy bit of kit, really easy to use. Turns out its the pre-cat Lambda. Doesn't seem to be any air leaks in the exhaust from what I can see so will swop out the pre and post lambda probes and see if it makes a difference.

Either going to be Dephaser pulley on the Inlet camshaft or the Charcoal Canister Solenoid. One is cheap one is dear to fix! :S

Gonna buy a code reader, cheaper than having to keep putting it in to get faults diagnosed when there problems.

Us poor Cup owners don't even get an engine cover so ours is like that all the time so should be ok! :)

I get this problem also occasionally. Seems to happen for a few days then stops for ages then works while for a time and then reoccurs. Haven't managed to stop it though from unplugging etc.

Only comes as stated. Keeping the CAF for other use. You can get them on ebay for about a tenner or so or even cheaper in B&Q! :)

Only really benefit if you are keeping the car for a great deal of miles and you can fit it and won't have to change it again in the future!

Majority of the time it will bring the light on. There is a thing from Ktec racing you can buy to turn it off though or can be turned off with an RS Tuner I think.
