Yeah I did. To dark to see anything but I'll pay if they want it fixing. Begrudge with it being a s**t old car but I'd like to think someone would do same for me so I had no choice but to own up.
So are ph1 wings same as 1.2 etc cause I'm gonna have to get a new wing and I'm not gonna get a 172 ph1 Sport in black from scrap yard am I. Was wondering if wings are same on standard ones or will I have to get a Sport one new and get it sprayed.
I'm so gutted I feel sick. Tired and doing...
Your right about wiggling the wires. Maybe when I get bored one day I'll have a go at wiring. Bloody Renaults and wires. My speaker wires are random colours the airbag sensor comes on when it feels like it and the fog lights don't work!
One of my back speakers is giving up so I went out and brought some new ones. Now I looked on here to find which wire is positive. One without stripe on yeah.
So I took one out and fitted it. No probs. Went to other side and one wire is brown and one green! So I took head unit out and the...
It's like a intermittent fault. It comes on. Sometimes goes off after a min sometimes 20mins. Someone said could be wiring under seat. Anyone else got any views?
If your on your own use a bar if not one mate should be able to pull the engine or at least rock it. It will move.
There is another gearbox mount under it and I wasn't sure if you meant that or not. The washers do work if the mounts are sagging.
Mind I thought I'd sorted mine but the noise...
Check the one under the battery hasn't split and that the mounts are adjusted properly.
You should have the engine pulled as far forward as possible. All you need to do is loose the two bolts surrounding the mount and pull engine towards you and then tighten up.
If that don't work try the...
I want to shine up the RenaultSport lettering in the engine bay, aircon pipes and maybe SS exhaust. I've seen that AutoGlym metal polish in Hafrauds. Is it any good (you know the stuff in a tooth paste tube) or should I get something else.
Also would rubbing compund help shine up metal in...
Really! Did you get plenum done for you then?
You've still polished all air con pipes and round the shock tops and that. I expect yellow show up dirt pretty quick.
Yeah I spotted that. The gumball ones were great to see go round but never really pushed. I saw a Evo going faster down straight than the Carrera GT!
Was some nice drifting action from someone in a Sierra near end of day. Lost it two or three times but good to see him pushing it to the edge...
Have you tried:
Swissvax Onyx will deliver a very wrt looking shine, like all of the Swissvax waxes - wettness appears to be their signature look... And it would fit into budget.
A combo very often forgotten about as far as a wet look shine goes is Clearkote Yellow Cream Wax followed by...
and the Swissvax is £40. Think I would of got the Nattys but after seeing Richs car I believe every bit of advice he gives
Looked at Nattys cause you used that on top of another wax for a wet look once. Would the 5050 look good over the top of the Reglaze or the other way round.
Thanks Rich. Just got to decide which one now. Swissvax sounds great but I think the 5050 is more my price range. The car has a lot of stone chips on bonnet and would like that respraying so maybe I'll get the 5050. Either that or see if some fool will be me some for my b-day.
Take it...
Yeah too dark for the colour of the car but each to their own. Looked like he had some fun on track. There was a blue 182 that went round quite a bit. Made me want to be out there!!!
