I think it should be dealt with harshly, if it happened to me I'd be expecting the worst. The risk to others driving with no MOT is plain negligent. And he's a knob
My mother-in-laws partner has just had his van impounded for driving with no tax insurance or mot, what is he likely to have happen to him. I personally hope they throw the book at him as he's a total waste of space and part of the reason we all pay elevated prices for insurance etc. I believe...
Had a look, it's damaged so might be the problem except the interior light won't work with the drivers door either even though I can see it drawing power when open. They work on the switches however
Good question, that was on my auto ranging multimeter using the Amps rather than milliamps setting. Can you tell I haven't much of a clue what I'm on about:D.

Ok got both looms and motors working but there's a but, I can't get the cog on one to face the correct direction. It's about 90 degrees off and even plugging it in and adjusting controls I can't get it where it needs to be
