Hi all... After searching high and low for rear discs for my 182 i finally bottled up the courage to call Renault and enquire on the prince, Was not that shocked as allparts wanted £100 without bearings or abs rings, Renault want £95 + vat including bearinbgs and rings so will be picking them...

You can tell if it has xenons by looking at the lights, The colour is a bluey purple, and the bulb has a dome looking bit of glass round the bulb.. well thats what my 182 xenons look like and yes if you do have xenons you have to have the washes fitted by law (i think)

Fact remains the younger you are the more expensive it'll cost to insure.... Being young and wanting/having a fast car is a killer (literally) but if you want it you got to pay it, Im 27 had my 182 since 24 and im paying £380 Fully Comp with 10 yrs NCB and living in South London... No way...

remove the center section and get a piece of piping put in ! Did it to my Standard 182 exhaust and had no rattles since then,

In the link to the rear brakes K-Tec state the bearings and abs rings are already pressed/fitted so shouldnt be a problem i hope I been K-Tec before so maybe a chat with them and my membership card on there desk will shave a few pennies off ? Need em doing bad as im on original discs and its...

I got my center section cut off my 182 standard exhaust and got a new pipe welded in place, Not much louder but sound better plus got rid of the rattles and was only £60 at a Exhaust specialist near me

Major failure tbh.. Cliosport stickers all over the car with a massive K-Tec Racing sun strip plastered accross the screen.. Looked GASH !

Maybe needs new discs ? Mine are fubared but will replace this month, I cant lock my wheels but they do stop good at normal speeds, Defo my discs though as have 42k on them lol

Think its just the F4R Engines that suffers the Aux & Cam belt failure but dont quote me, All i know is my 04 182 shot its Aux belt at 20k and blew my engine up.. Renault Warranty FTW ! Does your car turn over and fire up ?
