Reardisc prince from Renault

Hi all...

After searching high and low for rear discs for my 182 i finally bottled up the courage to call Renault and enquire on the prince, Was not that shocked as allparts wanted £100 without bearings or abs rings, Renault want £95 + vat including bearinbgs and rings so will be picking them up tomorrow.. quite impressed really at the price so saves agro, Did try K-Tec but they wont have rears for another 2 weeks

I was so shocked when he told me i even called back and asked " you sure thats not for just 1 disc " He said they only sell in pairs.



me thinks K-Tec needs to lower there price on the original discs lol..
still priced at £149 + vat.. A dealer undercutting a specialist ! Now thats a first

Yeah the K-tec ones in the link are prob some generic brand of discs ? if you lookat this link these are for genuine Renault rear discs

Not that it matters i presume just im merely pointing out that Renault are cheaper than K-Tec on OEM Discs

Good luck with that mate, Sounds very interesting hope it goes well for ya ! Now i aint been on here long mate but from what i've read your something of a Renault guru lol..

I had my 182 dropped by K-Tec and since then over bumps i get a rattle / clank from the underside of the car.. Thought it was the exhaust mounts so replaced them but no joy... Any thoughts ??

(wish a mod would edit my title ! darn netbook keyboards)

will check my springs tomorrow when i re-brakes my car lol.. My brakes are so fubared so hopefully will feel miles better tomorrow with a new set of discs and pads all round..

BTW is it me or do the discs look f'ing HUGE when new and not on the car ! My mate was going they defo are not fitting in there ! checked and all looks good so fitment in morn after i finish my shift tonight !

If i cant fix the clanking i'll PMya if you dont mind ??
