    200 Steering Wheel

Matey, I think your missing what is in plain sight. As per other thread its not a matter of doubting something etc, the 197 is a different fitment to the 200 with CC otherwise they would suffer from the same issue. end. There are so many factors that can influence the spacing of the...

    Supercharged or turbo??

Enough willy waving for one day eh the lot of you?? I don't personally see the point of trolling like this, sure your VXR is in a different leaque, thats great news & granted I have seen my fair share of "My RS ruined an M3 tonite init" threads, but stating that the clio lacks power, or that...

Ipod to Car - simple cheap option?

Yup, standard headunit, tuner setup/(list?) written on the front, talk to me :)

Ipod to Car - simple cheap option?

Simple question. I want to play the tunage on my iphone through my 182 (with the tuner update head unit). I don't need it to charge, I don't need to control it through the steering wheel - I just need a simple cable to play the music through - link me up :)

    197 Wheel Vs 182 content

Its my car, not matts ;) Wouldn't have happened if he hadn't taken the initiative and dropped us a wheel off! Its not leather, which is probably a good start ;)

I know, sorry I can't be of any help. I suppose it's a blessing that the largest RS market is the UK lol!

    Smoothed airbox, anyone tried it?

I never take the numbers for gospel as a simulation can never attain overly accurate real-world figures. Its more of a supporting tool, one of many so to speak. Solidworks in that case, but also implement ANSYS software, Pro-engineer & a CFdesign plugin.

    197 Wheel Vs 182 content

Good questions. Certification is a no as it just does not exist - fullstop. This is still at the end of the day an aftermarket modification. However we are validating every aspect to ensure complete reliability - this is important is it has far more serious safety implications than just a remap...

    197 Wheel Vs 182 content

yeah, will be there :) On another note had a few PMs; the airbag configuration is not something I can discuss as we still have validation work to complete. Obviously we do want to be held liable for any issues that may arise from people modifying there own airbag looms interpreting our advice.

    Smoothed airbox, anyone tried it?

Problem is there are so many contradictions. Sure, on the road - but people need results, figures, graphs before committing to a product. Telling them it 'feels' good is just no good. Secondly CFD is something I work with on a daily basis - small simple example: fvPu0Ut5lPw Simulating the V6...

    ITBs V Supercharger

Fitting, loom, sensors, the list goes on - all I am saying is that in terms of the plug and play capability of the ecu (standard bracket, loom, connectors & sensors) it is very well thought out.

    ITBs V Supercharger

Bear in mind it's not as simple as comparing the price of the two different types of ECU sat on a shelf next to each other.

    Clio 200 Vs Trophy

Good review from someone who has owned both - not something you get often, haven't driven either in anger - would like to be able to draw my own opinion if I had.
