There are two parts of the exhaust from the cat back,. It sounds like they are trying to sell you the rear part when you need the centre section. They may have got confused if you were explaining over the phone.
You can't totally hide the back box on the PH1 as the rear bumper is a different shape (You can see the lower 1/3 of the back box). I found the downpipe looked abit like an elephants trunk and had to be trimmed so you can't see it. Thats the only complaint Ive had on mine.
If fitting from...
Some people like them some people don't. I hate using a keypad to text as I find a stylus much easier and quicker.
The early HTC Touch phone were prone to crashing and were slow because of a bug in there user interface. This has been fixed now with a software update. Nothing much to do with...
I would also get the centre caps as it will finish the look of the car off. Maybe consider giving the exhaust a bit of TLC so it looks cleaner through the rear mesh.
Not really anything that would put me off buying it other than the charger doesn't look like its been finished off properly and...
Any chance of one for the courtesy light mod? It would be really useful for me as where I live is in the middle of nowhere with no lighting so finding my way to the car (about 50m) at night is interesting!
Will be something on the aux belt. Either the pulley wheel right at the bottom which is quite exposed, the tensioner pulley or as you said the alternator. I think further investigation will be required but I'm not entirly sure of the best way of going about it.
Mines always done it as well. Unless it sounds similar to diesel i.e your dephaser pulley has gone then I dont think its much to worry about as they are quite noisy engines.
I would rather a car with average mileage/High mileage thats been looked after then one that with low mileage that hasn't.
Also cars with average to above normal mileage will have spent most of that mileage on long journeys anyway so in theory there will be less wear on most of the parts...
Every cliford alarm ive come across is a right pain in the arse to live with on a day to day basis. Though ive only ever used the ones with the two button pin and the proximity sensor. I'm sure the normal basic alarms are fine!
^^ Its just like that to make it easier for people to decide what to buy. Most of them are the same oil in different packaging and if you look on the back they will meet the standards for petrol and diesel engine oil.
However there will be some oils that are just designed for use in diesel...
I think they are one of the least problematic RS gearboxes. There are many high mileage PH1's on here still on there first gearbox and some even on there first clutch. Depends on how the car is driven and has been driven by previous owners.
