front brake discs,front brake flexis and bottem balljoints are commen failure points.id give them a check as well as the obvious things like your exhaust and tyres etc.
check the wiring,fuses,computer etc in the scuttle panel area and under the bonnet.there must be water getting into the wiring or the relays under the bonnet somewhere.
could be a number of things.if its one of the cambelt tensioners/idlers then thats when it gets pricey.you could remove the aux belt and then restart the engine to see if the noise has gone.at least this way you know wether its on the cambelt or aux belt.
is that the 1.2 energy engine?(says energy in white letters on the rocker cover).if it is then the filters for the 1.4 energy engines would fit.plenty of people do these.
the stainless system i got from ascar hasnt got any rust on it.not sure what grade there stainless steel is but i think its good.think it says on there website ill have a look.
there is a extra injector on the underside of the inlet manifold on valvers.it is used in really cold conditions.
ruf_ect - check the distributor cap and roter arm condition,spark plugs and coolant temp sensor.
is the centre section hitting the rear engine mount? had a few where poor quality exhaust and poor fitting have been the main problems.check all the exhaust mounts and see if you can adjust the exhaust position.
depending on the cams it could make the idle a bit lumpy as the cams are profiled to gain you power at higher engine speeds.not sure if a chip would help this its just a downside of using wild cams.
see if you can prise it off with a few screwdrivers.the shoes are probably stuck on the lip on the inside of the drum.you could try slackening off the handbrake to see if that helps(adjuster under car above exhaust, you may need to remove a heat sheild).draining the brake fluid wont release the...
did one today.if you arm it with a door open the alarm beeps to tell you the door is open and you can disarm it but if you shut the door and arm it then it wont disarm.think there must be a faulty batch of ecus as the ecu was faulty on this one as well.
theyll be an audible beep for a few seconds to tell you there switched off.only works the once though.next time you lock it the ultrasonics are back on unless you do the procedure again.
use lighter engine parts like starter moters and alternators.you can get light weight versions of these and also alternators that create less drag.every little helps seems to be your moto.
