To fit my magnex was ok but to get it so the tailpipe was spot on was a bit of a pain. The exhaust pipes sit very close to the heatsheilds. Still doesnt sit perfect but i cant be arsed to try and adjust it again yet.
i doubt it would gain you any power i cant see how it would,but its main function is to allow leaded running engines to run on unleaded fuel which it does do. As a performance add on then no it aint worth it.
the cds are issued to dealers automatically so im not sure if you can order sets for yourself,ill check(there has been about 10 dialogys update cds since it started).Just put in a date close to where we are now then its got to be a mk2. That will mostly work but they do make strange differences...
there is a smaller reserve tank on valvers..When you reach empty it switches on a electric fuel pump which transfers petrol out of the reserve tank into the main tank.
Drove a few mk1s at work and i thought they felt a bit loose when you got some speed up. Hard to put into words what i mean,but to be honest it might just have felt strange due to it being a completly different beast to all the other cars i normally drive. Havent drove the mk2 yet.
