Personally seeing as the cambelt will be done soon anyway and you have low funds I would just do the aux belt without tensioners (unless they dont sound healthy). The belt is pretty cheap on its own and its not too hard to change yourself as long as your slightly mechanically minded.
Then...
Made no difference at all went through no problems. Max limit on idle is 0.3% CO car got 0% max limit on fast idle is 0.2 and the car got 0.01!! So its all good :)
Anyone know whats going on with K-Tec's postage costs? I wanted a new Manifold to cat gasket but they want £8 postage for it surely that can't be right can it?
Anywhere else to get one from cheaper than the £36 my local Renault want?! Surely these things can't cost more than a few quid to make.
Insure the car without any no claims then after your two weeks get you 1 years no claims and phone up and change the policy. Job done without doing anything dodgy.
Get a reconditioned box off of yozza (they stocked some last time i checked) or somebody. You pay for what you get. Get it done properly next time otherwise it might end up costing you more again.
I run optimax so i think its got enough addatives in it without adding more!! I'm sure it'll be fine I'm still young and havn't owned a car that just passes the MOT!! This is my first one with the clio.
The airbag cables wouldn't click but they would knock on the metal frame of the seat making a clicking noise. Just thought it might be that as it tends to happen when you go over bumps
Imports dont have the alarm fitted, locking wheel bolts or security etched windows.
Although all of the Sports are technically imported an imported car is known as one that was not brought in by a renault dealer.
