    What is it?

As said the one on the instrument panel is the immobiliser. They had to install a thatcham 1 alarm to the cars as soon as they come into the country and thats where they choose to put the LED. The alarm also has an immobiliser so you effectively have two!! Lift the gear gaitor up and you should...

Really like the carbon but lose the tow sticker. I think it looks worse because it in red. Maybe get one in an anthracite colour if you really want one?

whats the best filter to use???

Fair enough for a topic that is not asked much but on page 2 of this forum there are several threads on filters which im quite sure are not out of date....

    Spraying Dash

To remove the airbag there are a few simple steps that need to be followed. 1) Drive your car above 30mph preferably in an area with lots of lamposts or walls. 2) Violently turn the wheel towards a solid object eg a wall 3) Brace yourself 4) Now that the airbag has gone off rip it out 5)...

whats the best filter to use???

The search function on this forum is quite complicated......... I think what people have difficulty with is that when they press the search button a little drop down box appears that they then have to type what they are looking for into. The next big step is pressing the Go button but I fear...

Cup splitter price & part no.

Personally I think your better off going to a scrappies and finding a megane front splitter which is a similar size to the cup splitter and is more flexible so it doesn't just snap off. Can't remember what model you need to get it from though. Do a search if you think it may be a good idea.

    What is it?

Could possibly be where the LED for the alarm should be. The LED has probably fallen out of the holder. Lift up the gear gaitor and have a look.

    Ride height

I put the Prolines on mine the other week I have a PH1 which is around the same weight of the cup and it dropped 15-20mm but I'm not entirely sure how much lower the cup is in the first place. Handles great now though.

What cat alarm is on a 172 CUP?

If its for insurance just tell them its the factory fitted alarm otherwise you will have to provide the thatcham codes. They should know that its got a catorgory 1 alarm and imobiliser from the factory anyway.

Since fitting prolines my car pulls to right (tracking has been done)

I can't really be bothered tbh as where I live the best thing I have to jack the car on is a deep gravel drive and its a royal pain in the backside! It only pulls very very very slightly so ill double check the pressures and that the springs are seated correctly and then get Rentech to check...

Since fitting prolines my car pulls to right (tracking has been done)

All four are PE2's. Pressures are spot on front and back as well. I'm stumpped! The only thing I can think of atm is that I rotated the rears to the front and put the new tyres on the back. Maybe the rears have worn in such a way that when they were put on the front the car now pulls...

Since fitting prolines my car pulls to right (tracking has been done)

As title my car pulls very slightly to the right since I fitted my Prolines. I had my tracking done by laser last week when I had two new tyres fitted and he said it was out by 1mm and adjusted it but the car is exactly the same as it was before. I have been back there and there equipment is...

    Really bad radio reception

Ive got a Pioneer DEH-P700UB headunit and a half length aerial on the car. However the radio reception is as close to useless as possible. What can I do to make it better? Is there anything that I should check apart from the connections on the back on the headunit?! Thanks
