It could have been salt from the road. It enters the engine as a micture of salt and water then the water evaporates leaving behind cyrstals of salt.
Or as said above it could be battery acid!!
Depends what state your air con is in unfortunately you wont know till you try!!
I brought a can from halfords about a month ago along with a preasure reader. So far its lasted a month with no drop in pressure and the aircon works perfectly so it could be worth it or it could not.
Can't disagree with that one bit. Even though I game quite allot Vista has been so reliable for me. Ive had it installed for over a year now and its still running as fast a day one.

Why would you brake down from 4th straight into 2nd? Use the engine to help with braking so include 3rd gear while braking.
As title really where is the auto adjust ratchet as ive looked at the pedal assembly where I assumed it would be and I can't see it!! I think it may be missing some teeth so I just want to check it.

I like my greenstuff's too but then im not a particually agressive braker using a combination of engine braking and brakes is a much more fluid and satisfying way of driving fast down a good B road IMO instead of flying hell for leather towards a corner and...
I dont think they are s**t people just seem to think they are going to be thousands of times better than stock. They are designed to be fast road pads for joe bloggs which produce low brake dust keeping your wheels clean etc. They are good pads but just not up to the abuse of some fast road come...

"The oils is fine, it is sold as a diesel oil but infact it is suitable for both deisel and petrol. It meets some good diesel specs but this wont affect you, all they really are is detergents and this can only be a benefit. No need to worry."

If anything its been better. But i dont want it to be doing any damage. The oil is approved for use in diesel and petrol cars according to the site but as said above I thought there were extra additives in diesel oils.
