No point putting the NXT on mate, it's a cleaner wax (I believe it's a bit of an all-in-one wax, glaze, sealant, etc so will clean the paintwork, effectively negating the point of the EGP) so has probably made the EGP coats a bit pointless!
Put a couple more coats of EGP on, leaving to cure...
Yeah it will be mate, no garage unfortunately :(
I'll have to take the girlf to work at 7, keep the car, re-wash and then get that roof looking spangling.
Re: Cliosport Calender 2007
Lol, you want my cupboard! The ironing board fell on me today... time for a clear out.
Pics tomorrow, ran outta time cleaning today... gets dark quickly now!
EDIT to my above comment. The strips are still buggers to get off! My ph2's slid off really easily, went to remove my ph1's again today and they're stuck fast, cheeky b******s!
Had a pretty big clean of the car today (hopefully some nice pictures tomorrow when the sun shows its face). But, as the temperature got colder, I went to remove the AG EGP, after curing for an hour or so.
The whole car wiped off fine, but the roof as just smeared and did not come off...
Once you've removed the bump strips once, they're pretty easy to remove and put back on again repeatedly.
Agreed about doing it properly though, if you try to just pry them off you'll end up breaking them. If you see how they're held on behind the strip, you can see why!

Might be worth planning what kinda shots you want in each month first Neil, picking up the season that the month is in, as well as some incredibly detailed ones and some that focus more on the scenary. There are a lot of great shots here but I don't know if they...
A conversaton that recently came up on a night out:
How do the TB's get enough airflow if the engine's in the back? Obviously it'll increase but what it is that makes them dramatically do so?
In that same car park should be my baby mate, Amy's gone to the Worcester Uni Graduation Ball today...
EDIT: No, actually she's in the one beside The Krunch, but still...
As above, if you can't afford fully comp then don't buy it yet. I made that mistake with a cheap car and would hate to think someone would do it on an expensive one.
If you can get fully comp insurance, then go for it, cracking cars.
Hmm, could be. I didn't check the colours to be honest. Even the windows weren't frosted though...
Still, quite cool to not have to wait to defrost the windscreen, used to do my head in in my old blue Fiesta!
Noticed last night and this morning, that all the cars around me in the car park were covered in frost, and yet mine has none.
Would this be down to the waxing / glass polish?
I like the colour of the stripes but don't think they look 'right' some how. Maybe remove the bits on the bumpers to start with and see how it looks.
Loving those seats.
Don't pay a penny towards it mate, and don't go in 'hoping' the boss feels generous. You expect it to be repaired so that it is unnoticable and nothing less.
If they choose to just try and repair the scratch, that's fine, as long as it's a seamless job. If you can tell it's a repair then tell...
Willy 1 is owned by Renault, so I'm sure they paid as much as they needed to to secure it.
I'd imagine the feature just used Williams 0001 as an example, with the Willy being considered the best hot hatch ever. £4k will get you a mint Williams, but not 0001.
My car feels nice today! :)
Surely half a cm each side (7mm) wouldn't drastically affect handling? That could be counteracted with slightly larger profile tyres...
