both radiator and matrix hoses.you add the coolant flush to your old coolant, run the engine for 15mins then drain it by pulling off the hoses.when the engines cool just shove a hosepipe up the hoses etc until the water runs out clear.refit all your hoses and refill with antifreeze.run up the...
pull off your radiator and heater matrix hoses and give everything a flush through with a hosepipe.the renault antifreeze(concentrate is called antigel) seems good enough.youll only need a couple of bottles of the concentrate stuff as well.you could run some coolant flush in the engine for...
very strange.maybe its something to do with the air pressure in the fuel tank as the valves that let air in to stop the vacuam affect in the tank all work on air pressure.
any make of decat will get similiar results after all its only a straight through pipe.a decat would probably give you more than a performance cat but at least with the cat you dont have to swap it back at mot time.
had a read of that mate, interesting.maybe on some models the ecu leans off the fuel when the tank is very low to give you a few more miles but as far as i know renaults dont do this.never had this complaint at work.has anybody else on here noticed this lack of power?
the sender unit sucks out the fuel from the bottem of the tank so fuel pressure isnt affected whatever the fuel tank level.any loss in fuel pressure would cause a large loss in power, hesitations etc aspecially at full throttle(the engine may even cut out under full load).your right about what...
ten minute job to replace a rear spring, dead easy.they dont normally completly drop out completly but it does depend on how much of the coil has snapped off.would have thought you would be ok if you go steady.
they must be a very good filter to last that long but renault must be confident they can.a simple injection rail pressure check would show up a partially blocked filter.never had any trouble with these sender unit filters so i wouldnt worry.
not sure what that is for then.most vehicle looms these days have spare connectors that are used on other models.if everything works ok then i wouldnt worry about it.
the tappets are hydraulic so not adjustable.they are quite noisy engines on the top end though.fitting an engine cover may sheild the noise slightly. never had one that has needed the tappets doing yet to be honest.
the software version in the computer identification screen would probably show up a superchip if you knew what you were looking for but to be honest i dowt hardly any renault techs would notice it.
as long as your shockers dont run out of travel(shouldnt think they would on a drop of approx 40mm) then they should be ok.the torsion bar will be ok however much you lower it.if the wheels rub would depend mainly on the wheel offset.im sure some clio owners will help you with this question.is...
if you pump the pedal slowly then this method shouldnt give you any problems.also if the brake fluid is changed as per manufactures recomendations this should stop the build up of dirt in the system.i use this method everyday and if your careful then its no problem.ive only ever had one master...
the little orange plugs are just dirt seals etc.they serve no purpose where the oil is concerned.geniune gaskets are suppossed to contain a substance that causes the gasket to stick to the metal.try fitting one without any sealer but put threadlock on the bolts so they dont work loose.
differences can be caused how they were run in from new,how they have been driven, how well they were looked after(services etc)and the amount of engine wear.also the injection computer learns and adjusts to your driving style.
eventually the cv joint on the shaft will collaspe and you will lose drive altogethor so change them asap.im a bit to far away to offer to fit them for you.
