The lower limiter catches everyone out at some point Im sure. I usually change gear on feel/sound than looking at the rev counter. I often get caught out in 1st/2nd because theyre over pretty sharpish!!

There are loads more old tatty Clios owned by chavish individuals. Theyre far cheaper and much more in the chav price range. FACT. Valvers look meaner, without a doubt. Very few have said otherwise. If I couldnt have afforded a new one, I would have bought a Williams, no question...

Its true, it is a bit curvy. But then again the mk1 172 is hardly hardcore. Looks all rounded and bubble like to me. The Mk2 has a much sharper looking front end imho, with triangular lights etc. No competition between any new Clio and the Valver/Willy though. Its all about the bulge!!

Most Ive ever had is about 420 miles. Average is around 280-300.... which is how I know the mpg computer is a little generous. I calculate my MPG to be about 29 MPG..... My computer says 31.2.
