there is a mod for the knocking front suspension(modification to the tops of the front shocker turrets).lumpy tickover is standard im afraid.never come across the other two faults though.
if its a clio 1 phase 1or 2 there is two twenty torque screws nears the headlights as well as the clips.

if its got the claw style cv joint on the outer part of the shaft you would be easier stripping it from the inner end and sliding your new gaitor on from the inner end.is it a o/s or n/s driveshaft your asking about?
you will always feel a pulse through you brake pedal on first start up due to the computer does a self test of the solenoids+pump in the valve block.your problem sounds like one of your wheel speed sensors isnt reading correctly.
