Hard to say. If acceleration was entirely linear, it would be 6.98. But its not. So who knows.!!!!

Yeah, the small mark at the top of the bumper. it was dented slightly, but you cant really tell from that pic. Her car was one day old when that happened!!!

The difference in performance is far less than the difference in specification. Thats why I chose the 172. In an ideal world Id have a 172 for work and a Cup for playtime!!!!

There have been a few jealous 172/Cup owners picking on the new stud in the stable, but mostly rave reviews from mags etc.... When do you get your 182 mate? Are there any in the country yet??

Just noticed you have a 106 Gti (nice motor btw). I dont think youll notice a massive performance increase when you get a 182...... Whilst the 106s respond very well to breathing mods, the 172 (182) does not in terms of outright power gains. Unfortunately. Have you ordered your 182 yet?

Doubtful, a viper will give you 2-3 hp tops. Some see no increase, The standard airbox is very good. One of the differences between the 182 and the 172 is the cat, a less restrictive one has already been put on the 182. So de-cat may only see you get a few extra hp. So Ill be generous and give...

A 182 will be no more tunable (maybe less due to its already slightly higher state of tune) than a 172. You are still going to have to shell out some serious cash to get 200 and above.!!!
