To remove driveshafts, you won't need to worry about circlips at all. 30mm socket for the driveshaft/hub retaining nut on both sides. On N/S, three (either 10/13mm) bolts holding the seal to the box. Drivers side will just pull out. Make sure you drain the box oil before you remove nearside...

I always go 75lbs/ft or approx 105-100NM.

Get down to Euro Car Parts, and supply the clutch to the garage! You're only looking at £85 for a Sachs one, or approx £105 for a Valeo OE one. It literally will take them five minutes to swap it, so shouldn't charge any extra labour! Fred or JMS. Get them to look at it before you pay...
