i personnaly dont rate the viper at all, i had mine fitted throughout the winter, cold air feed connected to the fog light recess. I felt it bogged down lower down the rev range, and also found a load of grit in the intake pipe
quite shocking actually,
now i'm running an ITG panel filter...
group n will surfice, i have the legs on every 172 and 182 i've come accross so far with grp n ecu, matched inlets, panel filter de cat + exhaust
pulls like a good'un!
a garden tractor, my mates just brought one. It kicks out 10bhp standard, but it has a turbo, and he's getting it remapped to 180 bhp
with a 172 should i be worried?! :clown:
what a load of w*nk all these threads are  :sleepy:
k-tec stealth exhausts are poor imo, the ones i've seen either knock on the rear beams or blow..... do a search.........a pro speed can be made exactly as you want (ie no pipes visible),wont blow etc. Mine was 290 fitted
good start would be to get the inlet manifold and plenham (bit with reault sport on) matched, this is reasonably cheap mod, and depending on the state of the ones fitted to your car releases good gains. Also don't bother with pipercoss vipers etc, just change the panel filter for an ITG item :)...
