Fred I ordered a load of parts from Adam, he said you use the Megane crank bolt for some reason, can you offer more info? I just took his word and ordered it.
Right I know these threads get done all the time but I can't find something specific to what I want to know.
I don't have the car to hand as im working away and I would normally physically check. Im needing something ordered so I can blitz all the work when home.
I have FF 16" 5 spoke alloys...
I thought it was an actual series like tin tops but its a club like the MSV etc. You will be entering the French trophy, same as Pete?
We have a new series starting at Knockhill called super lap where you have one lap to register a time with two warm up laps iirc so pressure's on. Modifications...
Replacing bushes wont make a bit of difference to how your top mounts will sit.
It looks like you have fitted the wrong type of nut to hold the spring in.
Order is iirc from removing mine a while back.
Spring - spring cap - bearing - top mount - spacer that holds the top mount down - small...
Been covered 33333,000,000 times if you do a google search.
But anyway heres a quick summary of what I have came to notice.
You can fit everything to anyone of the 1*2's
Never heard of differences in the racks except some being made by TRW and some SMI.
Cups have wider drilled subframes so...
Either the pivot ball inside the gearstick tower (white/cream plastic bit in the car) or the plastic bushes at the pivot under the car. Yanoo sells both separately. Stiff shift for in the tower and brass bush upgrade for the pivot.
I have a full fast road shifter iirc from yanoo, longer...
Yeah I searched last night but all I could find was 40x84x40, I'm sure that 0.3 of a mm shouldn't affect it much as I'm sure that's the width dimension.
You need a project thread on the go, let us see what your car has to copy ;)
Plenty of meat there to have larger nipples fitted if the seat or threads are galled. Well worth looking into considering the cost of them.
Personally If you can see the seats damaged, get a drill bit or reemer ground to the right angle of seat and lightly dress them, new nipples and you'll be...
Sorry for all the Q's, im going to look into getting one at my lock up. Is it fully electric or you have a compressor too? You take them to garage to balance aye?
Few questions Fraser
Was that £300 new or you find it cheap, also is it 240v 3pin house socket. Did it come scratch protectors for gripping the wheel as they are typically quite rough on wheels.
I had the same criteria as you and settled for standard after reading loads of threads, only difference is I went for eibach sportlines. Cooksports seem to get better reviews.
I just bought a full set from Renault today through Adam at head office, top bloke and I think I got rears for £36each...
No doubt they are a compromise for out and out performance, reasonably priced though, got a good name to them so I'm sure they are fine for a road car/track.
Mike on here that rally's a cup racer actually runs these inserts in his racer Billy's and is quite chuffed, you need more compliance...
Didn't Phil cup sell up because of too much roll with 888's, Danlp6's picture above is leaning a good bit at the front IMO. If you change direction your going to see a good 100mm or more of droop.
Cant have everything for £650
Dragging this thread up from the past, I'm needing some spare front bearings to be safe.

Same wheel that 'was' on ken blocks old fiesta weapon, either that or comp mo 6's, best wheels I have seen yet on a Clio for that Motorsport look.
