Quick eBay search for the bolts, you'll get them for £23 posted, everything is cheaper on eBay over K-Tec tbh, good customer service but you pay for it.
No worries, I didn't take offence. I thought it was maybe an oversite with all the work going on but you are trying something because you have seen it done by the professionals.
You would have to be anal tbh to get there with a 1/4 tank in a mk2. FG doors, basic t45 cage, carbon seat, lightweight harnesses, ultra leggeras (sp) radial tyres, dipped shell etc.
Don't shoot the messanger, I'm only going by what I have read, I have never done any real world tests being your average joe. There are gases created during braking which grooves help to disperse, if the grooves are the wrong direction then its counter preductive. I couldn't tell you if the...
Something's not right obviously, be it engine mounts, knackered driveshaft or worn balljoint etc, there is always the potential for anything to be damaged when something fails. We could tell you things to check for until the cows come home, if you don't have much savvy there's not much point. If...
I wrote a long reply and feck nose what happened. Basically don't bother if you want lower your car, buy shorter stiffer struts or change the roll centre to bring everything back to acceptable.
Look up andrew gallaghers focus, he sectioned the entire car and dropped it lower over the floor plan...
Red is meant to move, blue is a dust guard and white should not move.
your selector seal is probably leaking which is very common and nothing to worry about. Clean it up and monitor the leak.
Re: Road/Track 172
Looks like the reverse direction Neil? I thought the Clio had gone tbh as I hadn't heard anything after your sale thread, good news though.
I reckon you could save 25-30kg maybe a little more by going for FG bonnet/boot, cutting out doors and fitting poly windows. The...
Well tbh they aren't AP disks with directional vanes in which case the grooved outer vanes should be the other direction from what you have. Its the exact same theory as what AP have on that link where the internal grooves go with the direction of rotation, you would think its the other way so...
Yeah thought that John, put me down on the CS list.
How was the car performing Neil? Any lap times, obviously you weren't racing ;)
TrackScotland hired the track for a full day and ended up about a £1000 out of pocket with cancelations, it kinda has to be pay up front and no refunds sort of...
Depends what you want power wise just now, personally I would go low boost just now untill your bored of the power and then go balls to the wall next year when you forge it.
I have some going spare, can sort out a deal with those bits I'm needing from you.
Out of interest how much bigger was the cup subframe compared to your ph1 from wishbone to wishbone hole?
Cheers I'll give that cheap one a go first, hopefully its alright and I don't have to buy twice.
Do you know the diameter of the Clio inner tie rod knuckle?
The bit at the left is normal with the gap. If you look closely at the shaded area at the bottom there is some hairline cracks by the looks of it (hard to see) that's what you need to keep an eye on.
EDIT: to check, put the handbrake on and get someone to take the bite in 1st gear, have a look...
Have you used one of that style tools mate as I'm away to buy the set I linked but that one you linked is cheaper, as long as it fits in place and gets a grip.
2nd pic down looks ammence, you must have screwed the coilys right down?
Hahaha the dog on the other hand, sea world have just put out a press release for a missing seal. What type of dog is that?
Lol reading through that last bit, I thought you were away to come away with what Lancia done in the 80's for brake cooling.

P.S Your front disks are on the wrong side if you didn't know.
Lol Pete, bring a bucket and a sponge to a race weekend.
That PAS pipe that you thinks leaking is usually the sensor, replacing it usually resolves the leak. I priced that short pipes n your pic during the week with Adam and it retails at £232 or something stupid for that tiny little section...
