has anyone had any experience of Renault Woking, my car is booked in there soon and i was wondering what they are like, because i have never used them before, they sound quite good over the phone?
i notice in the members discount area from http://www.radaruk.comwww.radaruk.com they are £355 inc vat & del, but how did you get yours lee from http://www.radardetectors.co.ukwww.radardetectors.co.uk for £349? as i was going to order mine from them for £430? till i saw the radaruk discount...
with the pro kit, which drops the car 15mm, has anyone got pics of a mk2 172 with this fitted, with 17s on it? As i am really tempted to get the 15mm pro springs, but am planning to fit 17s later on, and i dont want the car to look like a tractor, but at the same time i dont want the car on its...
mine went like that, really bad, rubber eventually completely screwed, and exhaust dropped and ended up resting and rattling on the metal mount, so i stripped it, got a full rubber mount for halfords for like 1.29 or something, epoxy resign, cut the crappy rubber mount out, put the new one in...
ive got the spoiler, which is very good, i ordered the sideskirts too, but when they arrived they were absoloutely shocking, ive seen rice paper thicker than them!!
I am thinking of getting one of these for my 172, but I was wondering if someone could answer a few questions for me. What exactly is involved in the wiring of this device, is the power provided by the cigarette lighter? What else, GPS antenna, etc? I did have a Snooper thingy at one point...
at the moment i think my car could possibly misfiring on idle, most mornings when i start it and the engine is cold, if i hold the accelerator and rev the engine at 2,000rpm the whole car shakes (stuturing) until the engine warms up, once its warm it is fine, but until then it is an absolute...
thinking of changing the plugs in my 172, i noticed the cup clios use NGK plugs, and i think i have head a few guys on here say they use them, are these the best?, how much? where from? and how do you actually get to the plugs on the 172 engine?
Many, many thanks in advance.

here is mine, although, i must add, that it is hanging a LOT higher now as I have sorted the mount out, its actually hitting the bumper a little bit at the mo, so i need to lower it down a little.
172, though i must admit, the idea of a nicely modded cup in a motorsport/rally styleee would be nice. The difference in performance between the two however (to me personally) means diddly sh*t, its the same engine, it aint gonna be that different. The thing that sold the 172 over the cup for...
renault say, get out of the car, push it down a hill, and run after it, or something like that. (im pretty sure thats what it says in the renault manual)
edde, i totally agree, chester is a VERY poor dealership, I also go the extra 45miles and take mine to Renault Liverpool, I have never had a bad experience with them, very suprising!
that multi-coloured clio is 110% real, it used to park across from the office i used to work at in Bootle (liverpool), where i worked for a year and a half.
there ARE three screws in the steering column which you need to remove (from underneath the column), it is not necessary to change the position of the column to see them, there are three screw holes in the bottom of it!, and yes this is necessary to remove the dash top, as if you look sensibly...
