One has adjustvbale damping personaly I don't see any point in adjustable damping unless your spedning a fortune (£1k+ minimum) and know what your doing as the optimum msetup the one you leave the car on on adjustable stuff is the same as what the fixed stuff is.
Youc an find the adjustable...
The sensor needs to have more than 5 liters to be usable and the trip to work.
So filling with £3 didn't fill the tank enough for the sensors signal to be used.
Contact BenR for a intake manifold reworking and Pmurry for a remap (benR will recomeend him as I think they have a deal going at the moment)
Best reamp is a custom made one but few people pay the money required for it.
On a 182 the light will come on after time if the sesnors there or not, theres no production fix. Just either live with the light (no performace lost) or remove the light from the dash or wire up a varying power supply to the lambeda.
Engine, gearbox, mounts, wiring loom, ECU, radiator, fuel pump idealy and fuel tank also PAS rack needs to be sorted the Valver has one so either find one for your car (if you've not one fitted) or remove the PAS pump from the engine.
Idealy you'd want the dahboard and the interiaer dash...
Use the 1.8 engine mounts.
Holes for the mounts are in the same place.
1.8 box isn't as strong ratios arn't much different.
280HP? Err thats a lot turbothe easiest way but your looking at a lot of money £6k for fitted.
Bleed the brakes fluid is IMo more important on the 182 they have problem with brake cooling due to the wheel design.
Stock disks or Brembo stuff plus normal pads (£45) are fine for most people.
If your going to sepnd this sort of money do the conversion right get a different engine the VAG 1.8 T i a much better choice for power plus the gearbox isn't made from swis chese LSD are cheaper to but the driveshafts are uite easy to make.
I'd heard companies charging £5k for a basic conversion.
Clean out the radiator and check the pipes to it are clear.
Your coolents probably working as hard as it can to cool the car using the heater matric as a radiator as your radiators now worhting due to a blocked pipe.
Might be a stupidsuggestion but how old is the coolent you havn't got...
Not much difference between them all realy a good 172 Full fat (which is arguably the slowest) can easily beat a bad Cup.
182 suspension IMO isn't the best the phase 1 is but thats down to personal preference.
If it were my money I'd spend say £4k on a phase 1 172 and spend the rest on...
Yep its a PK6 with it integrated.
Freds insulting 1930's tractors though even 30's trackerrs have been gearboxes and diffs. No V6 will make it long as thr 1930's tractors gearboxes will. (and thats giving the V6 a 76 year head start)
Rear suspension arm etc is the same as the 1.8 16V (100% certain)
Different dampers i think.
Wishbones are wider parts numbers etc are below this post
You can use stock subframe the WIlliams is double skinned for strenght though so for the full effect you need it.
Springs:
You can use...
