Where did you get a leak from? The driveshaft gaiters are easy to damage realy but they won't leak like oil or water as its grease in there.
It might be just water as it can collect under the arch and get you wet.
PAS leak is unlikly the pipes are a fair way away brake fluid about the only...
Could be an extended one but its a windscreen which won't be covered under warnetly and an exhaut which would have its own warently anyway.
You can get the windscreen fixed under normal insurnace polies for cheap anyway.

PAS pumps just have PAS fluid.
They might not chnage the belt get a garantee they ahve but they should have cleaned the bay before fitting a new belt after lla what the point chnaging ig you don't clean.
Easy way to do it is to change the front looms UCH ECU and plip keys. alos the heater and fan fix the condensor pipework etc Aux belt and fix the issue your car will have as its no got ABS but the sytem things it will.

Servicing rules have been changed since better oils have been developed and its a way to reduce running costs which owners want hence 30k servicing on Merc etc if they have...
Theres male and female one you won't egt them mixed up the male one has a thread on the track road end the female allows the theaded male end of the staering rack to be threaded into it.
If ther anyhting like the Mk1 one was then run away don't look back.

Easy way to sort the air feed is to remove your air box you'll see then pipe going in to it run a big diameter pipe from there to the front lower foglight after you have removed it.
Just use a panle filter and a pipe to save money...

Sounds like the coils have gone as I've said there seperate from memory on the 1.6's just like the 1.2's

Theres a big block connection the front engine loom connections there to the engine etc.
The interier loom connects to the engine there the connector block them is just pulled apart the internla dash one clips to the firwall of the engine to hold it in place.
There should be a square connector which joins the front engine bay and the interier looms togther its on the passenger side by the air vent on the firwall.
They cna when the old the seals etc arn't as good 5-40 usualy leaks out of the seals as when cold its more vischious but it preotects the engine from cold better.
Pointless is difficult to say worthwhile Hp for £ nope but then agian little tunning is.
No experiance with them but it cannot helep noise will be nicer if you like that sort of thing.
