Getting a full custom made stainless system made and fitted tomorrow. Not a bad price and a lifetime warranty so I am hoping it will last!
I am not after power, just the noise.
Took this a few years back with my Lomography Fisheye (I can sense some hate for this coming my way as it's not a proper camera!). Clock tower at University of Birmingham.
I also have a ring flash for it which gets some crazy lighting. All my friends hate that camera as you have to get real...
I have seen a few ranging from £12-25k depending on condition/mileage etc. But for +£15k I'd rather spend a bit more and get something a little more exotic
15 cars at Combe sounds brilliant! I've only ever done it on Action Days where they put the entire paddock out in a session so it's carnage!
How much was it for 15 people? As I could be tempted to sort a day out there as I really want to drive it properly without the worry of a horrendous crash...
PMS all the way. I have the 22mm RARB and it's a serious bit of kit. I only have this as it was being sold second but un-used at a lesser price of the Whiteline new at the time I was going to purchase one. But fitting it I would say it is worth the extra money.
I also have their solid top...
No hate from me, Ph1's should be used!!! Mine was initially a cheap bit of fun for the track, for 6 months it was completely standard. It's only since September I have done loads to it to get it to a proper track toy.
And is that Combe you were at?
I've kept a running total of what I have spent this winter on it......it will be three times what I bought the car when I get the new exhaust fitted next week.
But like your thinking of not being able to track a house!!
Looking at getting these to stop the crud getting into my nice shiney PMS top mounts. Asked the seller, who makes them, if they will fit but he is not sure. Anyone know if they will, or know of any top mount cover that will fit...
It hasn't done it for a few weeks, even after being left standing for a week. I also had to change the injector recently, not sure if that is related. But when I was diagnosing this I unplaugged the crank sensor and gave that a clean up, although it wasn't really dirty. So in a way no! I haven't...
I have used Scan Computers for the last two computers I have had, highly reccoend them. My current one sounds a little like what you are after and I paid £360 for it. I have the V5i on this page, but the V10i has more RAM.

Back to 4 cylinder!!! Injector 1 was faulty, so I replaced that.
Fuel rail out....eventually!
Ready for a bit of a clean
New injector ready to go in.
I know I should have chanegd all 4 I think, mainly as a precuation kind of thing. Glad it is working now.
About to purchase Castle...
Sorted. Injector 1 was swapped over and now it runs like it should. I knew I should have done all 4, but funds have been tight this month, any other month I would!
Thanks to @Duk for your link and the guide you found to do an injector change.
Currently fighting with the injector rail to get it back in. Hands have gone numb from the cold. Didn't realise how much of a tight fit small O-rings can make!
Hopefully after this it will be a 4 cylinder again.
Just been told that it has a P0201 error code, so cylinder 1 isn't working. My brother said he removed the injector plug from it and it made no difference. Did the same to injector 4 (the only one he said he could get to without removing the rail guard) and it got worse. Injector 1 in the one...
@TimR26 I need to wait until pay day next week before I buy, I should do this by 1st March, is this ok? I need remaining funds to fix the car this weekend. It's been expensive on the car this month, stupid thing.
I took mine off the road this winter. The jobs I did:
* Removed all remaining interior and painted the insides
* Put some of the interior back in
* Braided brake lines
* Full suspension change, with top mounts and rear arb
I wish I had done more, like change more bushes, gave the wheel...
its all pointing towards a duff injector. Will hopefully diagnose and change it this weekend. Glad its not my daily car, having a second car has been a god send recently!!
Have had a P0201 error back in August - car was sat unused for a week in the pouring rain. Misfire, three cyclinders and before I could pull over it was fine. It has been faultless ever since, although the car hasn't been used much since as it was taken off the road a few weeks after. The EML...
I have seen this thread, I probably should have paid a little more attention to it. I don't have the car with me atm so I can't do anything to it to check (unless my brother is tinkering with it). I am tempted to change the coil pack and HT leads as well as a precaution anyway. Did you replace...
Job for next weekend then when I get back home! The OBD reader I have has picked up a previous injector issue and said which one it was a few years back. It seems to work well on the Clio compared to the other cars it has been used on. All these problems have to happen when the car is back on...
