I advise you remove the bumper and headlight. Makes access a lot easier for changing the aux tensioner.

It's a spring assisted fire ring joint. You'll need a new kit.
The oil leak is likely to be the rocker cover, which is a cambelt Job. Which you need the specialist tools to do.
