ive had a few people who have trialed the 2 extremes, economy and power and noticed a difference in power but not so much in economy. i wouldnt bother with anything other than full power! at least then ur getting a return for ur investment in fun.
use the extra boost and fueling and its going...
got to disagree, my remapped 100 was doing better mpg than a standard 80 with 130bhp/190lbft, granted a remapped 80 would do slightly better mpg but its still going to have a 20bhp or so handycap, less torque and worse clutch/gearbox/linkage setup
injectors limit you to the 130hp mark so no point. there is NOTHING to replace them with either! unless you can get somewhere to make you custom ones, screw that!!! if ur really that fussed sell up and buy a 100 they are much better
cool, think ill have to try and find someone who has one i can get a shot of to test it and see how i feel about it!
also, as above i think i need to test some plasmas for myself as nearly every review ive read said LED is the way to go these days over plasma, think ill pop in for some demos on...
£800 + £600 to do belts + sort out the few issues it has (handrake light coming on is usually low brake fluid in resovoir, so usually worn discs and pads, ur probably talking £1500 for a high millage one, u would get a lower millage full history one for not much more than that!
they only increase fuel pressure, which is not really needed, its a silly way of getting more, slightly more power.
a remap increasing boost pressure, fueling to suit and a slight increase in fuel pressure will do the trick lovely.
tuning boxes end up killing high pressure fuel pumps costing...
after having a good look and some demos on TV's i rulled out plasma, and much prefered LED but maby thats just me?
yes guys to clear up confusion im taking projector and screen not an old skool projector tv lol!
i dont know much about them so not sure what to look out for but you get full HD...
the shells the same, its the 15" wheels that make it for me, they make a massive difference, i drove one on 16s and it drove like a ph2! but with a cable throttle!
i agree with most on here, the ph2 looks much better
if your blind!
currently got a 47" 1080p LG LCD in my bedroom, its done me well over the past 5 or 6 years, but fancy a chance, and have been looking at LED TV's, 3d isnt something that really interests me at the current time.
however ive been looking at projectors and was wondering if anyone used one instead...
went in to look at the clio GT and said i was interested in ordering a 1.5 DCi 106 one, in Glacier White, with climate control, keyless entry, uprated stereo, start stop button, reach adjustable steering, guy pops out a price list book, adds the list price of car with the list price for all...
i would do it, its somtting i thought about doing to my old mapped one, as said no one would really understand it but the people that did could appreciate it!
dont forget belts clutch and box is going to cost you not far of a grand, £1800 would get you a resonably clean and working one! and save you a lot of hastle!
EDIT: BTW, thats not a cup!
its because they are all falling to bits now, i had to spend £600+ 3yrs ago on a 4yr old one with 40k to tighten up the front end and guess what im doing 3yrs latter on my current one! same again! (dampers, top mounts, track rods, track rod ends, bottom arms & geometry setup)
