facom one is the best but it's very expensive for occasional use. I've got a sykes one with levers both ends that i dont like much but manages to reach

throttle sensor will be either the pedal, or the throttle body
intake temp sensor is the sensor in the side of the inlet runner on cylinder number 4

be a good idea to pressurise the cylinders through the sparkplug holes now the cams are out. might help you find where air's leaking before you pulll the head
be fine to tap in situ. what you should do is get a litre of cheap ass oil and once you've done the thread repair, leave the plug out and let the oil flow straight out to just rinse any small bits of swarf out
