small injectors close to the valve is good for low speed atomisation giving better fine control at low rpm, injectors furthur from the port (can be adjusted for best results) works best at high RPM. if you look at F1 level stuff (a fairly extreme example), the injectors sit outside the trumpet

think some of the original thread have been deleted/locked as he was prosecuted for dangerous driving, no seatbelt, no insurance etc and they used his posts as evidence. LOL
it's not that bad really mate. To be honest, i dont think you need worry about the damage done, it looked cosmetic rather than structural when i looked
if you plan to keep it, it's worth spending what you want to/can afford. People that spunk thousands, then sell everything after a couple of months will never get their moneys worth. If you're doing it for the love of it, then the value doesn't really matter
if it's just valve damage it should be fixable for around £800-900 inclusive. If the head or other parts are damaged, it'll be more
That's including new belt kits
say for example it's had a full aux kit 18 months and 10k ago and it's all perfect and i went to do the cambelt, I'd happily just put a new aux belt on if the pulleys are all smooth and quiet, and the tensioner is free moving
