well, how do i know, he said PSI!
the gauge even says BAR on it!
and at what temp?
at idle it should be 1bar, at 3500rpm it should be 3 bar.......all at 80C
when cold, its normal to see it hovering around the 6 bar line.
Pagid if your spending that much money.
But SRF, jeeze, i wouldnt bother with that stuff, so expensive and well, youll never really need it. 18 months, if your using it on track youll need to replace it more often than that. Just use some Castrol response super DOT 4..........
He is converting it himself and on an F7 based engine correct?
Roller, not my thing, tiny power gain and slightly worse part throttle control.
Id stick with the normal cheaper ones, well...........maybe the rollers for publicity which might be more important for you. Most people wont know...
The actual runners, a fair amount, and its quite finniky to get tools round the back of it. And the actual tiny plenam bit, 60mmIIRC. Dont take my word, i had an energy for a while, hated it and never drove it.
yea, it can make good power and 150bhp wont be too hard, only problem is working out a cam profile thatll work nicely as nobody makes a cam for it.
And youll really have to stump up for throttle bodies if you wanna make anymore than 130 with the laguna TB. Then fabricate a manifold.
Who what? huh? lol
I dont do drag strips.......waste of my money, time and clutches...haha
And i dont have a 172, unless anybody wants to lend me theirs! lol
I was pointing out that teh tested temp was so COLD!
Spesh since lately it has been stifling
huh!?
almost 190bhp @ 6300rpm, not very peaky for the power!
Even the 172s peak after that with less power!
And 18 degrees!
Cant read the pressure it was corrected too either.
Looks like they could do something about that power curve too.
Sorry.......dont wanna be a downer, but...
