Charles, we need to get together for a drink and a chat, maybe one time in Shek O when alot of other clio/pug/sport car owners are there.
Yea, we went over that, but it seemed illogical.......if they wanted hot air for cold starts then it would need to be near the exhaust manifold, since at cold, the engine bay is a single temp, there is no variation.
i was gonna say that weird restrictor but since its not anything like what he described i didnt bother, plus i have no idea what it does! lol
Spent ages with the technitian talking about it, even Ren wouldnt give us an answer!
HAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!
Where did you get that!???
Thats me pops!
No, its a roast pig, in the middle is incence and other offering to gods for good luck. It was the opening for teh new show room which is fantastic.

the job of the second sensor is to relay emissions info to the ECU. THe MK2 has to comply with EURO 3 spec emission laws which state no warmup period, so it needs to know when the cat has warmed up and doing its job then it can move away from the startup map that many complain about as rough...
WHy doesnt somebody test the 1st lambda and second lambda for values at idle and mid rpm. Simply because it only runs closed loop part of the time.
THen check if the differing values between lambdas are linear...if they are, run the 2nd lambda wires spliced off the 1st lambda which you keep...
Im afraid that trackdays in Zhu Hai are a bit out of my budget lol!
M roadster, nice.
Supercar club, nope dont do anything like that.......i know of it all, but im not really in a position for a supercar being 21. lol
Hang out and talk cars would be great, but i have to change the clutch...
std...........cheapest........
unless you have the profound ability to get them to fade on the rd in a RT.......
if you can, i suggest learning to use the brakes less........you shouldnt have any problems with the std setup.
so your putting the filter inside the box then? not remote locating it?
If so you wont have to deal with positive pulse waves bouncing back, but youll still get the negative as they exit the trumpet. You going to put a flat land behind the trumpet lip as it does help flow a few %, they dont...
quality, see youve copied the 3 tab base plate for the air filter. tidy, little cut out for the alt.......go on, who did it.
and, god damn the 172 engine is ugly...............they could of made it look better lol.
Coolant levels a bit low too.......;)
