not that bad a job to do them, did mine the other week and it took longer cleaning rust off the bar and giving it a lick of paint than actually doing the bushes.
Looking at the beam I'd say yes, especially for a track car. I'm getting the kit for mine and its pretty much a road car. Used the plates they do for the front arms as well the other week, wouldn't like to say for sure if there is much difference though as I changed arb bushes as well.
as a guide when you've split the end push the whole arm up, if it 'drops' then you might as well swap it while you're at it. they are just a ball joint so should have a fair bit of resistance to them when you move them.
