hello mate, your gonna have to call me @ 07779119745 cause i have no net at the mo.
but i can do all the porting required, but i dont have a balancing machine, so i just do heads basically.....but at a good price.
the emerald ECU is a good one that you can program yourself.
hello all, in a rael stucken right now as my net dont work, so couls you all please please call me on 07779119745 to discuss.
they will be about 80 quid each, and i can heatp wrap the exhust manifold too, to reduce temps under the bonnet....
CHeers all
Ben
its 80 quid for the manifolds, and how dare you say tacky!!!
i spend about 5 hours on each one!
i can do a deal with both, and for £145..its just it takes ages to make them.
my shocks weer buggered wheni took them off..like water.....instead of firm.
but mines lowered 55mm, so a bit harder...still no probs with speedbumps, just go slow!
there ok in terms of performance, but bloody good VFM.
I run monroe rears as i found them better than most...surprisingly, since i was running full Konis!
yeah lofty, maybe we could sort it out you with tyres, me witht he alloys....but i think they want to inc tyres...but ill ask.
there pirellis...so good tyres.
mate, my 720s are bald after 1800miles!! you need to see them, wicked!
Oh, what about your mate with the suzuki Gti?

adapting a k-tec racing R5 gtt side exit to fit my clio..will rock. Ive got some ported exhaust & inlet manifolds if you want. heat wrapped too at extra cost, but not much.
Interested?

well, its a close loop system where the lama sensor continuously send data to the ECU right! SO, if its running lean, itll correct it.
But define lean. It is a specific CO2 level? no, its where spluttering and blowbacks occur. An engine CVH engines run as low as 2.5% C02 and pintos alot...
yuo0 would need full engine manage ment, not a piggyback system. something like emerald 3d.
the hardest part would be making the manifold, and i dont nkow about the fuel ral as i havent had a close look at one. i know the f4r has a fuel rail on the manifold. But when you replace them...
oh and simon....doin the carb route is laborious as you have to cover up all the progression holes, clean up teh venturi and main jet holes....basically seal them.....annoying.
and its best to use a two stage injection system...a set of injetors behind the butterfly and a set abouve the inlet...
yup, they do TBs which use the same manifolds for carbs to cut costs down. But you must remember when using Tbs that they done need to be as large as carbs because they have no venturi. So a car runnin on 45 dcoes with a choke size of 38mm, only needs a 40mm TB.
But prima suck!!!
But this should be corrected to lama 1 automatically. the ECU will not let the engine run lean if it can supply more fuel. And the standard injectors are capable of over 200bhp.
you sure?
dunno where online....i dont really buy online.
rally design do mintex.
and i usually by my ferodos from merlin motorsports near castle coombe...bu ti pick them up, so no number. I will look it up for you.
i changed to the 16V setup ages ago.
The calipers are a sraight swap....no probs there.
Just get a new set of discs and pads.
i did change the whole master cylinder and servo assembly becaseu i felt there was too much travel.
Once changed, much better, and you could apply more...
making TB is old practice and is fairly easy, you hjust have to be a competant welder, especially if its aluminium, then its gonna be tig welded.
The easiest way of making TBs is to make you own Tb assebly direct to head, so no need for manifolds.
basically, just make a cardboard cutout of...
nope. As long as it passes the emmisions test without it, you wont need it...which it will do.
otherwise, just bolt your cat back on, or tell him its in for repairs and itll be back on next week.
