Im developing a 200bhp kit here in HK comprising of viper kit, chip, exhaust, and if that dont make it, then minor head work.
brakes only need uprated pads and softer discs..there race tested and fine.
Hi all, m back in HK and development starts soon. I have lots of parts to talk to you about, so i think ameet is in order. I have styling, exhausts carbon airboxes, head mods, Nitrous oxide, sound system upgrades, suspension & brakes etc etc.....and maybe even wheels.
So please get in contact...
forget a quick shift. use a no clutch technque. Not sure if it will work on your cars. but anyway. before the formula renault was sequential, i had to use the rev limit to change gear. basically, as long as there is loads on the box, you cant change gear unless the clutch is engaged. so, just...
no worries mate.
with the valves seats you should get them cut with a 30 degree top cut a 45 deg middle cut and 70 deg bottom cut.
Inlet ports should be a minimum of 75% of the valve diameter for fast road and 80-90% for full race, but low rpm running will be very rough, especially with a...

i can do all porting work mainly, did BenWs manifolds and increased the inlets by an average of 22% and the exhausts by 19-20%. exhausts are almost morror polished (no need for fuel suspension) and inlets a rough satin finish (to keep oundary turbulance layers in operation at all airspeeds)...
im running konis and -55mm Pi springs with about 290lbs\in....they make your balls shake!!
not allot of travel, and if you shake the car whe its parked, itll just wobble on the tyres.
