Has it rattled like that since you've had it? Sounds like the cat could be fecked and the rattle is the internals of it moving about. Not sure if the 182s suffer from the centre section problem of the 172s but thats more about 4k when you lift off mostly.
Worth a shot if its free otherwise tbh your far better off with a proper aftermarket headunit, I love my alpines but the pioneer and jvc stuff is also well worth a look don't think i'd bother with anything else though. Imo tunepoint is pretty poor and a bodge at best unfortunately, great idea...
Was 19 when I had mine payed £1650FC with 2 years ncb, don't regret a thing. Then being glutton for punishment I decided a 225 was a good idea 10 months later and payed the same :(. Well well worth it though on both counts, but only because I can afford it I wouldn't go skinting yourself for it.
Thats the fun involved, the iso plug should have whats what on it but there will probably be a few specific pins that it won't cover. Loom wise you'll have to try and work it out from whats here now unfortuantely. God knows why people go chopping it like that anyway in the first place, its just...
Its just a standard iso plug that it would've come with standard, the pioneer headunits adapter will just connect as standard. That loom isn't specific to any car, its just an iso loom.
QH make seperate balljoints so they are avaliable, a local factors can get them easily enough here so you should be able to get some. Brake lines wise i'd imagine goodridge lines are cheaper than standard.
Chop back to the original loom and get another iso connector on there.

The standard fit bulbs are Osram Xenarc 4300k D2S bulbs, a quick search on google shows £67 for one. Oh and you'll most likely end up taking the bumper off to get the light out to change it as its a mission with them in place, drivers side is the easier of the two iirc though.
I'd get the door card off the check the current one isn't salvageable before buying a new one and if the pics are correct its the second one listed for Clio 1998> 2 door.
If you want direct fit then get these:

Direct replacments for the standard fronts even have the proper renault plugs on them, not bad for the money and far far better than the shitty standard...
Circa £170 last time I looked unfortuantely, can get a part number if needed. Its happened to a few people before afaik.
It might be salvagable yet need to have a look to find out.
It'll be part of the regulator where it attaches the bottom of the glass iirc, can't remember what needs to be changed. You'll need to get the door card off to see where and whats broken.
