50hp but another 300kg, so not a great deal in it until towards 3 figures. You'll never get rid of the lag with a turbo, boost comes in about 2.5k which was the same before tbh. Only difference is I get 400nm from 3k instead of 300nm before.

If it was an early 225 then I wouldn't be surprised if it felt like that more of a cruiser than a hot hatch, a cupped one is a big step forward apparently. I'd say mine handles pretty much the same as my 172 but feels a lot more planted, even though down a very twisty road its in the 172s hands...

The megane 225 standard intercooler is much larger than that same engine, same idea and the forge one is bigger again. But I would imagine your severely limited on space in a 182 without cutting things hence why its so small.

Its nothing to do with the ammount of messages unfortunately, all sorts of apps will hang. The release firmware is shite basically, and they've disabled the naviwheel on it too.

Pass, the Mk1 box will have a speedo sender in it too which you don't need/want as the rsi uses the abs for the speedo but might be wrong on that one.

Water should be able to flow into the skuttle off the screen but the screen itself should be fully sealed all the way round.

+1 110% My meggy deals with 261bhp and plenty of torque with it no bother and thats sans lsd. A decent chassis helps a lot I think.

Fit yes but won't have the correct ratios, to be 100% right you want a JB3-985 box as renault say.

I wouldn't even bother compression testing it tbh, if that hasn't bent valves i'll eat my proverbial hat. They did hence dropping the aux belt from 72k to 36k on the service schedule.

The 1.4 uses a JB1 box whereas the 1.6 uses a JB3 box, ratios will be different and the JB1 is a weaker box. You'd get away with it but I wouldn't use it personally, if you've killed a box already then i'd imagine this one will follow.

Clutches differ, the boxes will physically fit but vary as regards to ratio etc massively.

Buy another one and track **** it, money isn't the problem though the lack of somewhere to keep it is :(.

Dialogys says no different part numbers for a 1.2 one compared to a 172 one, precat only should be fine.
