The gearbox he's got is for a 172 Cup which doesn't have ABS to pick the speedo up from hence the mech speedo drive, its the wrong box. Wants to be a JC5-130 box for a 182, although you may still be able to use it. It'll be slightly weaker than the 182 box and will have a circlip diff retainer...
I don't think you can do it the clio units tbh. They're quite complicated in how they're bonded together and remember last time I checked its £208 for a new xenon headlight casing.
The janspeed is FAR too quiet, I can't comment specifically on the miltek but the one I fitted to my 225 at the weekend is brilliant. Great fit, noise and build quality.
Have you got a working MAP sensor in the inlet manifold now? As its going to struggle without one as its all part of calculating part throttle load afaik, at full throttle its ignored *i think*. And the fuelling will be way off without the MAP sensor as its going to use a (safe) default which...
If its a 182FF then you won't find any cheap xenon bulbs, cheapest is about £60 stop being a tightarse :rasp:. A cup with halogens theres plenty of places to get H7 bulbs from.
Pass, intercooler in the next few weeks but not sure how to go about the remap tbh as the rstuning remote remap box is another £200 on top of the 300 for a remap so need to make my mind up how much I want the flexibility. Bit surprised that fastchip don't do a map with the rstuner as thats good...
