Right the first problem is you need a clip computer to read that fault code unless its put the standard odbii fault light on? One in the bottom right shaped like an engine?
Trouble with a D4F is it could be a few things, not starting might be the tdc sensor but it could be the loom being...
Re: Parrot RK8200... new multimedia bluetooth car stereo due in March/April, looks cl
I'm sure it'll work fine, but I can't see it being as good as the estabilshed makes sound quality wise etc.
Easy on the 1.2, yes to be gospel you need an eletric strain gauge to get the tension 100% right. But another way do it is to gauge the tension of the old belt yourself before you take it off and tension the new one near as you can the same.
Tbh if its too tight it'll whine and if its too slack...
Depends then I guess, i had the 40mm kit and when I went back to standard when I sold the car there was no real difference tbh. They're only cheap springs/dampers and it shows imo.
And if you don't call that a hard ride then I don't know what you do!
Just noticed you only had springs though.
Erm spax are no where near one of the best for a start! I had a apex kit, was a very hard ride I wouldn't recommend it didn't improve the handling at all. Did look very good though.
Unless you want to be spending £500/600 on some decent bottom end coils then i'd go with eibach sportlines.
I've just a bought a cam and aux belt kit from renault to do mine next week and the aux belt kit was £107, cam belt kit was £140, and the core plugs for the end of the head were £10~.
They should've wore a mask .
The F4R is the standard renault 2.0l which iirc it now being phased out to be replaced by the M4R.
Renaultsport upped the CR, different/bigger inlet manifold, better exhaust manifold, different cams to up it from 136bhp to 172/182.
All those 1.8 lagunas weren't hamster powered then  :rasp:.
Yes the RAC will be able to reset it, anyone with an OBDII reader will be able to. Has had this a few times with his, ended up being a dead lambda sensor when we viewed all the sensord data.
Depends what you want really, I found yozzasport a bit dearer for some parts than other places. Will probably be cheaper to go aftermarket than standard oem renault bits.
Other way round, open when cold as its ignoring the reading from the lambda sensor and running the set values in the map. Hence why they run rough as fvck from cold.
When its warmed up sufficiently it switches to closed loop whereby it uses the reading from the lamdba sensor to alter the...
