Wouldn't have thought so as normal aircon doesn't need to know the cabin temp, its there so the climate can adjust the heat to bring the cabin upto temp.

Plug and play, works well with my alpine so should be...
Not sure if its doable but I can't see why not. Have thought about it myself as i'm missing climate as my old 1.2 had it but i've only got normal aircon now.
If the connectors for the fan speed, aircon and recirc are the same I can see you needing the control panel, motors for temperature and...
Mine stutters when I press the pedal too, my old 1.2 did the same probably something to do with the fbw throttle.
I get two distinct engine note changes at around 3.5k and 5k, and boy does it sound good too. :D
Wouldn't have thought there was much/anything in it tbh, the VVT engine just gives...
The post Nov 02 1.6 is the VVT engine. Thats why the MPG, Max Speed and Insurance group changes from 40>39, 121>120 and 10>8 respectively. The haynes also states later models are equipped with VVT on the inlet cam.
Its not supposed to give a kick or anything its there to provide a smoother...
Get this in mine with the auto lights when there on, is proper annoying. Have just taken to clicking them on and off full beam quickly, does the job still is a pain though.
Looks like its got a Ph1 interior too, its wierd alright. Could be a Clio Symbol, as they have a Ph2 body and a Ph1 interior, looks like they just put a Ph2 front end on a Ph1 and cobbled a saloon back end on.
Whatever you do don't spray anything under the gator as it'll just spray all over the clutch and that'll finish it off.
After having my clutch/gearbox issues a few weeks ago I can tell you getting the gearbox out is no mean feat.
The trouble with warrenty is they'll argue its a consumable item...
Looks like one of the bastardisations they get abroad, all the Ph2/3s I know of have a FBW throttle whether its the VVT engine or not. Only the Ph1 had a cable one.
Also there no real way to tell whether its a 1.4 or 1.6 as they are both asthetically the same.
Looks like the K&N kit, you get a...
Got NTL myself so not really sure on the adsl frontier.
First thing is to f**k pc world right off because it'll cost twice as much as anywhere else, whether you need anything more than the 54mbps router depends on whether you intend to do file transfers between then if so then definetly go for...
Yep, there good cars, not underpowered for the size of the car just not a rocketship.
Would have kept it but just had 1yr ncb burning a hole in my pocket and the syncros on 1st and 2nd were getting a little clunky so decided to get a 1.6, hopefully should be able to get a 172/182 next march or so.
Yep did some miles in the old girl wherever it is now, just like driving and seem to be able to rack loads of miles up way to easily.
Got this one on 30th March with 25k on and its got 29k on it now, trying to keep the miliage down this time.
Heres hoping, the sender was loosish and didn't have any sealent on it so it should be ok after this I hope, my 1.2 was 1 1/2 years older and took way more abuse than this has without ever breaking once and I put 20k on it in the 10 months or so I had it.
A real strong adhesive like epoxy might work but whether it'll look the same is debatable, still gotta be worth trying before forking out for a new one considering what they cost.
