i'd go for a wilwood conversion and keep the 259mm discs
by "upgrading" to 280mm discs you're only going up slightly in diameter and a tiny bit in thickness
don't forget the faster* Williams uses the same discs, pads and calipers as the mk2 non sport clios

yeah its just mixing cross ply and radial that's an issue, you can have a different make on each corner if you like, as long as they're all the same construction type (ie radial) and above 1.6mm you'll be fine
