had to cut and reweld my center section so i could get it to fit in a way im happy with
you dont need to change the whole shaft! buy a stretch gaiter,, you just pop the shaft out of the hub (leave it in the gearbox) stretch the gaiter over with a cone then put it back on
imo if you have to ask too many of the mechanical questions its not worth doing.

well its the whole lot really, basically i have a 172 dash loom (obviously including the plugs which the door harnesses plug in to) and 1.2 door looms, the plugs dont match up and i need to join the bloody lot up

run the wiring along the side of the car untill you get to something that gets in your way then look for openings/places you can tuck the wire untill you end up in the boot

i was told i needed this by renault when i tried to order a cambelt kit for mine, engine was out and on a stand and fooked if i could find it
i've got a rubber pipe ontop of the oil seperator with a sort of push fiting on the end, exits from under the plenham on the o/s of the car,, any ideas what it goes to as i dont have the plastic pipe that clips on to it
